Fabrication:
At SGEW, we source steel raw plates of special grades to manufacture industry-specific equipment. Our process begins with cutting plates to the required sizes as per the drawing specifications. We then bend the material, drill holes, and fit the components according to the equipment designs. Our welding procedures adhere to American standards, ensuring high-quality and durable joints. Post-welding, we clean the surface through sandblasting and apply paint as per customer specifications. The final component undergoes a thorough customer inspection before dispatch.
We procure high-grade forgings and castings to manufacture equipment for our clients. These raw materials undergo rigorous laboratory tests, including Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Using state-of-the-art CNC Horizontal Boring and Milling machines, we precisely machine the equipment as per the drawings. After machining, we conduct a detailed customer inspection and apply rust preventive oil to enhance the equipment’s life.
Following fabrication and machining, we source hardware components such as nuts, bolts, rubber parts, and bearings. Our skilled team assembles these components according to the specified drawings and sizes, ensuring all moving parts perform flawlessly. Once assembled, we pack the equipment in sturdy wooden boxes, ready for domestic and international shipment.
